Find out how bread is made from grain today – from the processing of the grain to the finished loaf. The lecture provides insights into modern baking methods and at the same time builds a bridge to traditional techniques.
The lecture complements the exhibition and the show garden “From Grain to Bread”, which will take place from June 2 to 30, 2026 in the BUND Möggingen premises. Please note the respective opening hours. Registration is not required.
In the Mögginger community garden you will also find information boards on various types of grain.
