Qigong at Lake Zell

Since June 2001, people have been meeting on the shores of Lake Constance in Radolfzell to practise Qigong together in the early hours of the morning – an open circle without registration or obligation, supported by the special energy of the place and the desire to start the day in harmony with oneself and nature. To mark the city’s anniversary, from Tuesday, June 16 to Thursday, June 18, anyone interested can also take part in the Qigong exercises from home via live stream from 6.30 am to 7 am.

The transmission can be found at qigong-am-zeller-see.de.

Health trail through Stahringen “Discover what’s good for you”

Ten stations offer insights into various therapies and forms of treatment as well as information and impulses for holistic health – from nutrition and weight reduction to color therapy, relaxation and exercise. In addition, small offers such as hand massages, sound massages, yoga or quizzes invite visitors to try out and take part. Individual treatments from different health areas provide additional variety. There is also the opportunity to get to know therapists, alternative practitioners and health experts in their practices and workplaces, ask questions and talk to people in an open atmosphere. The majority of the offers are free of charge and can be used without registration. A small contribution or donation is only requested for individual treatments. The health trail is easily accessible on foot, by bike, car or Seehas. Parking is available at the train station and at the school. Addresses and details of the offers can be found in the specially produced flyers.

Radolfzell on the move

“Radolfzell in motion” transforms the market square into a lively sports arena where various stations are set up in the open air. Each station offers a different sporting challenge and is supervised by local clubs, which can thus present themselves to a wide audience. The clubs will also provide on-site catering. The marketplace becomes a meeting place where visitors can linger, watch and, above all, get active themselves – whether in friendly competition or trying out new disciplines. The requirements are deliberately designed so that all age groups and people with disabilities can participate equally and experience the fun of movement and community together.
